Dr. Molly McAdams sent us this photo with a note: "I’ve attached a few pictures of our son, John Kohl, in his Juan Gutierrez Halloween costume.  He spends a lot of time in the Witte Museum and has a real affinity for the Juan Gutierrez character.  When we asked him what he’d like to be for Halloween, he immediately replied “Juan Gutierrez!”  He stops by to say “Hola” to Juan every time he’s in the museum – even when he’s on the way to the HEB Science Treehouse.  It’s a great exhibit and has been a source of inspiration for our son."

The adventure begins in the Plaza de San Antonio, around 1850.
