Catch the Witte's limited-edition children's dinosaur themed party packages available now through September 2, 2013 in conjunction with the traveling exhibition Dinosaurs Unearthed: Bigger. Better. Feathered... World of Witte Birthday Party packages start at just $180. 

There are two new options available:

Dino-Mite Party Add-On (starts at $150) 

·         A plush dinosaur, prehistoric goodie bag and t-shirt for the birthday child

·         Prehistoric goodie bags for party guests 12 years and younger

·         A dinosaur themed photo back drop in the party space

·         Admission into the special exhibition Dinosaurs Unearthed for party guests

Note: This package can be added on to any World of Witte Birthday Party

 Prehistoric Paleo Party ($500) 

                    ·         All of the features of the Dino-Mite Party Add-On, plus...

      ·         One (1) additional hour of party time 

      ·         Special reserved outdoor party site along the San Antonio River 

      ·         A personal Witte Program Presenter dressed in paleontologist attire to facilitate 

             activities

      ·         Group photo opportunity with a 14 foot tall T rex

      ·         Dino-Discovery activites for guests 12 years and younger:

                       -Dinosaur hats to wear during the party and to take home

                       -An exclusive dinosaur casting activity: each child will get to take home their 

                        own dinosaur claw or tooth casting

                       -A dinosaur skeleton dig

Additional Rates: 

Rates for Dino-Mite Party Add-On:

·        $150 for Daytime Parties: includes Dinosaurs Unearthed admission for 30 people and up to 15 preshistoric goodie bags for guests 12 years and younger. For each additional guest over 30 there will be a fee of $12.50, children under the age of 3 and Witte members are not counted towards your guest count. Note: This package can be added-on to any World of Witte Birthday Party. 

·       $300 for After-Hours Parties: includes Dinosaurs Unearthed admission for 60 people and up to 30 prehistoric goodie bags for guests 12 years and younger. For each additional guest over 60 there will be a fee of $40, children under the age of 3 and Witte members do not count toward your guest count. 

·       $22 for each additional birthday child

·       Additional goodie bags are $3 each 

Rates for Prehistoric Paleo Party Add-On:

·      $500 Prehistoric Paleo Party: includes Dinosaurs Unearthed admission for 30 people and up to 15 preshistoric goodie bags for guests 12 years and younger. For each additional guest over 30 there will be a fee of $12.50, children under the age of 3 and Witte members are not counted towards your guest count. Note: This package can be added-on to any World of Witte Birthday Party.

·     $25 for each additional birthday child

·     Additional goodie bag and hat combo are $5 each 

·     Additional Dino-Discovery activity packs are $5 each

Saturday: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Sunday: 1-4 p.m.

Daytime Birthday Parties

Your party will include:

• The use of the Memorial or Ruiz House for up to 2 hours.
• Admission to the Witte Museum and H-E-B Science Treehouse for your guests to explore.

Rates:

• $245 for non-Witte members; includes admission for up to 30 people.
• $180 for Witte members; includes admission for up to 30 people. To receive your Witte membership discount you must bring your membership card the day of the party.
• $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time the party reservation is made to secure party space.
• For each additional guest over 30 there will be a fee of $8.50; children under the age of 3 are not counted towards your guest count.
The balance is due the day of your party. The Witte accepts cash, checks and credit card.

Party Times:
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. & 2 – 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 – 3 p.m.
*You may arrive up to 1/2 hour before scheduled party time to set up

Treehouse After-Hours Birthday Parties

Your party will include:

• Exclusive use of the H-E-B Science Treehouse for up to two hours
• Access to all Treehouse exhibits including KENS VIPIR-5 Weather Center
• Use of H·E·Buddy SkyCycle and/or Mt. Witte climbing wall (for an additional charge)

Rates:

• $380 for non-Witte members; includes admission for up to 60 people.
• $330 for Witte members; includes admission for up to 60 people. To receive your Witte membership discount you must bring your membership card the day of the party.
• $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time the party reservation is made to secure party space.
• $50 to staff the H·E·Buddy SkyCycle.
• $100 to staff the Mt. Witte climbing wall.
• For each additional guest over 60 there will be a fee of $15; children under the age of 3 are not counted towards your guest count.
The balance is due the day of your party. The Witte accepts cash, checks and credit card.

Party Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday; 6–8 p.m.
