Round up your partners and mosey on over to the Witte for a rootin’ tootin’ good time with our new Western Party package add-on.  Beginning February 4, 2012 you can add on this exclusive offer to any World of Witte Birthday party package or host a grand ol’ Western Party that is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Children’s Western Party Add-on Package:

• Cowboy hat, sheriff badge and bandana goodie bag for Birthday Child
• Bandana goodie bags for guests 12 years and younger
• A cowboy themed photo back drop in the party room

Rates for Add-on:

• $100 for Daytime Parties: Up to 15 Bandana goodie bags, additional bags are available for $2 each
• $125 for After- Hours Parties: Up to 30 Bandana goodie bags, additional bags are available for $2 each
• $10 for each additional Birthday Child

Daytime Birthday Parties

Your party will include:

• The use of the Memorial or Ruiz House for up to 2 hours.
• Admission to the Witte Museum and H-E-B Science Treehouse for your guests to explore.

Rates:

       •  $245.00 for non-Witte Members; includes admission for up to 30 people. 
       •  $180.00 for Witte Members; includes admission for up to 30 people. To receive your Witte Membership discount you must bring your membership card the day of the party.
       •  $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time the party reservation is made to secure party space.
       •  For each additional guest over 30 there will be a fee of $7; Children under the age of 3 are not counted towards your guest count. 
The balance is due the day of your party. The Museum accepts cash, checks and credit card.

Party Times:
Saturday: 10:30am – 12:30pm & 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Sunday: 1pm – 3pm
*You may arrive up to 1/2 hour before scheduled party time to set up

Treehouse After-Hours Birthday Parties

Your party will include:

• Exclusive use of the H-E-B Science Treehouse for up to two hours
• Access to all Treehouse exhibits including KENS VIPIR-5 Weather Center
• Use of H·E·Buddy SkyCycle and/or Mt. Witte climbing wall (for an additional charge)

Rates:

       •  $380.00 for non-Witte Members; includes admission for up to 60 people. 
       •  $330.00 for Witte Members; includes admission for up to 60 people. To receive your Witte Membership discount you must bring your membership card the day of the party.
       •  $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time the party reservation is made to secure party space.
       •  $50.00 to staff the H·E·Buddy SkyCycle.
       •  $100.00 to staff the Mt. Witte climbing wall.
       •  For each additional guest over 60 there will be a fee of $15; Children under the age of 3 are not counted towards your guest count. 
The balance is due the day of your party. The Museum accepts cash, checks and credit card.

Party Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday; 6–8 p.m.
**You may arrive up to 1/2 hour before scheduled party time to set up.
