The Witte Museum is home to an extensive collection of insect speciments from around the world. In conjuction with Backyard Monsters, the Witte presents Beautiful Bugs, and exhibit focusing on the beauty, strangeness and complexity of insects. Examine exquisite wings, luminescent colors and impressive body shapes of butterflies, bees, moths, walking sticks and more - providing insight into habitats world wide.

Included with museum admission.

I'm a student at Terrell Wells Middle School and I saw this exhibit as well with other classmates. I thought it was pretty cool and fun to learn about bugs.
