“Fit Full-Time College Student”
As a full-time student, it’s a challenge to find time to exercise. Here are some tricks I use to ensure exercise is a part of my daily routine:
- Exercise in the morning! This will be one thing you can cross off your to-do list before the day even starts, plus it boosts your metabolism for the rest of the day.
- Worried about studying? Exercise and study at the same time! Prepare flashcards and look over them while on the treadmill.
- Be flexible with your workout, it does not always have to be in a gym. Try an exercise video at home or go outside for a brisk walk.
