As a person with epilepsy, I have found daily exercise and eating more fruits and vegetables have immensely helped my condition. I have not had any sort of seizure activity in over a year and a half:
- Fruits and vegetables help your body fight diseases and remaining young and strong.
- Daily exercise boosts everything about your body including your mind, so a healthy, disease-fighting body leads to a strong physical body, which leads to a healthy mind and overall better confidence in yourself.
So, when you combine these 2 elements, your life will be as amazing as it can possibly be and it feels phenomenal.
