“Simple Steps to Happy and Healthy”

I know it’s sometimes hard to keep up with everything that is important in our lives, but I’ve found it is really easy to incorporate being healthy into my life. Try these simple steps and see if it works for you: 

  • If you are in school and your school has a track, find some extra time to go and run a few laps.
  • If you don’t have access to a gym or a track, get up in the morning and do a few jumping jacks.
  • Try to eat healthier things: swap out that doughnut for a granola bar or a bag of trail mix (without the chocolate)!    
  • Also, try to get your family excited about being healthy too! Encourage them to eat better and exercise more—with you!
