Join Dr. Bryan Bayles among the treetops in the Charles Morton Serenity Space for a discussion and practice of basic mindfulness meditation techniques that you can personalize and immediately incorporate into your own wellness routines. Please wear comfortable clothing for sitting in an indoor/outdoor space. You may bring a pillow or cushion if you wish; chairs are also provided. $5 for members, students and educators and $10 for all other adults.
