This speakers symposium will be a deep-dive into the history an context of Texas Art as a compendium to the groundbreaking exhibition The Art of Texas: 250 Years. Presentations on Texas Art as American Art and on the historical movements that shaped the point-of-view of the artists will reveal the latest scholarship and the stories behind the paint.
