Gentle Yoga – Warm up, stretch and connect with your breath to start your day.


Discover new mind-body experiences in the Charles Moulton Serenity Floor. Get your body moving as you gently recharge and balance your body. All levels of practice are welcome – wellness is for every body! Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a pillow or cushion for your comfort. Chairs are also provided.

Morning in Serenity Space is a collaboration with the Synergy Studio.
