Inspired by our special exhibition, Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of Dinosaurs, families will explore how pterosaurs became the largest flying animals to ever live. Discover the science behind flight, then put your engineering skills to the test by designing and building your own pterosaur glider.
Cost: $8 (non-member) / $6 (member) + Museum Admission
Important Information:
- Advanced registration required. Participation in this event requires Witte Museum admission (sold separately), plus STEAM Sunday ticket for each participant.
- Ticket purchase includes all supplies needed for interactive workshop.
- Non-participating family members are welcome to watch (space permitting) and do not need to purchase a ticket.
- Recommended for all ages over 5.
- Program runs approximately 45-60 minutes.
