The Tremblay Family Café is proud to offer locally and regionally sourced products and treats for all ages.
We focus on having a gentle impact on our land by using environmentally responsible methods and recyclable or compostable packaging as much as possible.
Visit the Café on the southern end of the museum campus, near the H-E-B Science Treehouse, in the Francisco Ruiz House.

Sunday: Noon – 4 p.m.
Monday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Witte Museum members, military and educators receive a 10% discount at the Café.
